At u•b•u™, we’re committed to finding new ways of using Web tools to make it easier and more cost-efficient for our dealers to do business with us. So it’s our pleasure to introduce you to u•b•u™ EZ Designer!
EZ Designer lets you and your customers create different versions of personalized u•b•u™ products online and see the finished product – before placing an order. Have fun choosing from thousands of combinations to design images that resemble friends, family members and pets. Mix and match bodies, heads and hair color with the click of a mouse – the latest example of our ongoing efforts to ensure you’re satisfied with our unique products. Please note that EZ Designer is a second way to place orders. You can still use the order form system you have always used.
Easy Online Access Through u•b•u™ Dealers - Dealers who have a Web site can have their customers access EZ Designer from their site; if you don’t have a Web site, your customers can log in with a user name and password. Either way, customers are always linked to a participating dealer because our products are sold exclusively through our dealer network.
You can set up a link to your Web site on EZ Designer, so your customers can easily navigate back to site. When receive your password, set up the link by going to vendor.ubudesigner, logging in and following the instructions.
What You Can Buy Now - Use EZ Designer to design and buy Note Cards, Address Labels and Color Memo Pads. Watch for additional products we’ll be adding in the coming months.
No Charge for Using EZ Designer - EZ Designer is free – it’s part of our commitment to making it easy for our dealers to work with us.
Dealer Payments - u•b•u™ invoices and collects payments directly from your customer and mails you a check for your share of the order. Your customers receive an acknowledgment email thanking them for their purchase; the email contains your dealer name and phone number. Dealers also receive a notification email that a customer has placed an order. The email includes an order summary and indicates the amount due to the dealer (50% of the total order amount less shipping and sales tax). Payments are mailed out the first of the month with a summary report of sales and customer information. Customer information is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
